This Posting Policy outlines the rules and guidelines users must follow when submitting listings on our platform. By posting an ad, you agree to abide by this policy as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

General Guidelines

• Users must be at least 18 years old to post listings on their own.
• Listings for younger users must be posted by an adult for security reasons.
• All listings must be accurate, honest, and clearly described.
• You must own the item or service you are listing, or be authorized to sell or offer it.
• Listings must be placed in the most appropriate category.
• Duplicate listings for the same item/service are not allowed.
• You may not use our platform to promote other websites, classified services, or third-party platforms

Prohibited Listings

You may not post listings that include or promote:

• Illegal items or services (weapons, drugs, counterfeit products, etc.)
• Adult content, sexually explicit material, or escort services
• Hate speech, discriminatory content, or anything promoting violence
• Pyramid schemes, scams, or misleading business opportunities
• Stolen goods or items obtained through illegal means
• Listings with misleading titles, fake prices, or deceptive images

Any listing found in violation may be removed without notice.

Personal Information & Safety

• Avoid posting personal contact details (phone number, address, etc.) in the description unless necessary.
• Female users are encouraged to use in-platform messaging instead of sharing phone numbers for added safety. Read Female User’s Safety Guidelines for more information.
• We reserve the right to mask or remove sensitive content for security purposes.

Disclaimer of Responsibility for Transactions

Our platform only serves as a medium for users to post and discover listings. We do not screen, verify, or guarantee the legitimacy of users, listings, or transactions. All negotiations, meetups, and exchanges between users are conducted entirely at their own risk.
We strongly encourage users to:

• Meet in safe, public locations
• Avoid carrying large amounts of cash
• Verify the item or service thoroughly before making payment
• Never share sensitive personal or financial information

We are not responsible for any loss, fraud, scams, damages, injuries, or disputes that may occur as a result of interactions or transactions initiated through our platform. By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept that your safety and decisions are solely your own responsibility.

Paid / Premium Listings

• Paid listings (Premium/Enterprise Packages) must also follow all rules in this policy.
• Premium/Enterprise Package status does not exempt your post from moderation.
• Violating this policy may result in removal of a paid listing without refund.

Moderation & Enforcement

• We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing that violates our policies or appears suspicious.
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or banning.
• If your listing is removed, you will be notified with the reason when possible.

Reporting Abuse

If you find a suspicious or inappropriate listing, please report it using the “Report” button next to the listing in question.

Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

In general, you may not list, buy, or sell any items or services that are illegal in your area or that violate local laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws relating to the item you list, buy or sell.
